They are turning one of the world’s most exploitative and destructive industries into a powerhouse for women empowerment and the regeneration of our planet.

Denica Riadini-Flesch is a trained economist who set out to change the standard of Indonesia’s craft industry.

Trough her social enterprise (SE) SukkhaCitta, she empowers artisans in villages across Indonesia - providing intensive training in craft, design and business skills before connecting them to a global market.

Her vision is for craft to be at the centre of a new #MadeRight village economy all over the country: An economy that pays living wages, is kind to the earth and rooted in local culture.
