At the <kontex> factory, the "TOYODA loom" which was once called a famous machine, is still active and weaving towels. It is about one-third faster than modern looms, but it is woven slowly so as not to put a burden on the threads, it can retain the original softness of cotton and create a unique texture. Although it takes time, kontex strive to create "simple, high-quality towels" that do not compromise from material selection to post-processing.
